Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

We currently only have home delivery available to UK mainland addresses only, Sorry.

 

We use either Hermes (for additional safety & peace of mind, as your parcel will be tracked), or Royal Mail standard Second Class. Both services have a delivery timescale of 2-4 days. 

 

Free UK Standard Delivery on orders over £35 - dispatched within 1/2 working days -. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery after the date of dispatch.

 

UK Standard Small Parcel upto 1kg £3.00 - dispatched within 1 working day. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery after the date of dispatch. 

 

UK Standard Medium 1-2kg £4.45 - dispatched within 1 working day. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery after the date of dispatch. 

 

UK Standard Large Parcel (2kg-5kg) £5.75 - dispatched within 1 working day. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery after the date of dispatch.

We will always do our best to adhere to these terms, however in some cases tis may not be possible but we will always advise you of this through contact via email. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We are confident that you will love your purchases. However in the unlikely event something has gone wrong and there is an issue with an item (ie being damaged or faulty) then please do let us know as soon as possible (within 30 days of receipt) so that we can do our very best to put things right. The satisfaction - for you and is our priority.

Please use the “Contact Us” link to let us know exactly what has gone wrong, remembering to include your order number. We will endeavor to respond to you within 24hrs and do our very best to put things right.

If an item needs returning because it is confirmed faulty/defective/damaged, your postage costs will be covered by Treasured Tack and a full refund or replacement if in stock -  provided.

Cooling off Period - If you change your mind and wish to return your item (we’re sure this won’t happen) please let us know within 14 days by using the “Contact Us” link. We need receipt of the returned parcel within 14 days. The cost of the return postage will be your responsibility, and we strongly recommend using either recorded delivery or a tracking service, to guarantee safe return. Once the item/s have been received in a new and unused/unopened condition, a full refund will be issued within 14 days, including the original postage cost.

It is the customers responsibility to read the full description of the product and view all photos before purchase. Due to the nature of our business all products (unless otherwise stated) are pre-owned and may display ware and tear and damages further than daily scratches and age will be fully photographed and described. Products can only be returned due to damage if the damages were not published in the description or in photos shared. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us.

Please be aware that original packaging of stated brand new items may be damaged however, this does not mean that brand new items are pre-owned or damaged.
